Upon turning up we were told a party had turned up and we could not enter for health and safety concerns. I think this is fine but it should be made clear to customers when calling that this could happen, that the place operates on a first come first serve basis. All this on a very rainy day.
Very disappointed, if such a policy you should have something to offer upset families if you would like to have them back.

Further more, the owners response below says a lot. I have explained that I called and was told by his staff that it's quiet so come along. I took that information in good faith and feel one should accept it or employ better staff to communicate more appropriately.
